Many titles are frequently checked out due to demand. You can see if their is an ebook download at http://navy.lib.overdrive.com. If there is a title available, check to see if their is a waiting list or if it's currently available. You can offer to explain ebook downloads if the customer is willing.
If a title is checked out you can refer them to the front desk for additional branch copies or a hold.
