Managing customer flow

If there is a waiting list for the computers, you can ask people waiting or signing up how long they need the computer. If it's under 5 minutes they could use one of the scanning computers.

If people are waiting for a scanner, you can check to see if the people using the scanners still need them. Otherwise, you can suggest they move to a new computer and let the next person have the computer.

You can ask Marines if they are doing training, and suggest they use the LRC if there is a waiting list. You may have to check to see that the LRC isn't full.

Listen for the sending fax to see if it is beeping several times. If it is, it means the person sending a fax had an error and could use assistance. Usually the beeping means the papers weren't far enough for the machine to grab them.
